Meeting Minutes of August 14, 2007
Meeting Held @ the Beer Hunter, La Quinta @ 7:00pm.

1. Starting league play the first week in October (October 2nd.)
2. Selected BCA as our leagues sanctioning organization for 8-ball League.
3. Discusses
houses that were going to sponsor teams:
a. Neils Lounge
b. Delilah’s
c. Sports Shack
d. Outpost
e. PS Lanes (Barneys)

Patty’s
4. Discussion about new
Sponsor (Seventh Heaven) a Gentleman’s Club near Spotlight 29 Casino wanted to sponsor 2 teams in our league.
The group had no negative response, only condition was that there was enough separation between the pool tables and
the stage. Dennis and Cole volunteered to check the house out prior to committing.
5. The group held elections and elected to the Executive 2007-2008 Board the following positions and members:
a. President, Dennis Biss
b. Vice President , Cole Woolfolk
c. Secretary/Treasurer, Colleen
Charrette
6. Discussion was held about having Burt Benigman stay on as Score Keeper. The group
was agreeable based upon a reasonable fee for performing service would be used to reimburse the funds that were owed the League.
Dennis was to discuss with Burt the exact amount owed the League.
7. Kevin Hewitt volunteered
to be the League’s Score Keeper, free of charge. Kevin also volunteered to help setup the League’s
new Website (CoachellaValleyBCA.com)
8. Discussed having the next Board Meeting in two week @ Patty’s & Beavers, 7pm.
9. Meeting was adjourned @ 8:30pm.
