O’Leary’s Pub: Palm Springs, CA
v Meeting was called to order at 7:14pm by President Jamie Hines.
Ø Officers present: Jamie Hines, Ned Morris, Heather Huettl
v Reading of the minutes were waived
v Reading of the treasurer’s report waived.
v New rule on switching teams mid-season.
Ø If this is a money league, then it matters. If it’s not, then it doesn’t
matter.
Ø
You can not abandon your team in the
middle of the season and jump teams. (If both teams are going to Vegas) If you do, you’ll be thrown out of the league.
v Jamie Hines vacated her office of Presidency.
Ø Amran Armendariz was the runner up on the ballot so he was offered the position
upon approval.
Ø
Unanimously voted into office.
v BCA fees changing from $10 to $15 this year.
v Women’s teams in Vegas are changing from 5 people to 4 to get more teams in.
v Your BCA membership card must match your ID. No nicknames. Everyone must provide their whole legal name on the roster
sheet.
v We should match Vegas in regards to breaks. Home team gets a 3 break advantage
in the last round.

v Cole brought up the sponsor fee. He doesn’t think that they should have to pay one. They open the tables for
5-6 hours and buy shirts.

Vote: 9 yea.
§ Motion adopted.
v Ned: all last season, each payer that played the whole time put in $260 and got back about $80.
Ø Proposed: flat fee at the beginning of the season. $300-500 per team. Each player
will save $150+ per player.
Ø
We’ll have trophies but keep
the special events.
Ø
Teams would need to decide how to handle
players that come in the middle of the season on their own.
Ø The money up front covers the $15 BCA fee.
§ Flat Fee adopted with a 9-0 vote. Amount TBD.
v Ladies will get a 1 point per round Handicap.
