I.        Meeting brought to order at 6:11 pm.

a.      BCA Tournament

Discussion to hold a tournament, posting $500 in prize money from outstanding funds in account from last season.  $10 buy in per player, 50 player maximum.  To be played by random teams of (5) players, race to (13) for winners and race to (9) for loser category.  Tournament to be held at O’Learys.  First Eric  Second Tyree

V.      Please read the newsletter each week.  Many of the questions and phone calls to board members could be answered by that simple act.

VI.    If the BCA Tournament is scheduled, there is consideration to hold our end of season awards banquet at the same time.

VII.  Discussion to eliminate our corporate status.  More information needed.  Cole will research.

VIII.            Treasurer Report:  $7617.57  balance in account

IX.    Girl Rule:  discussion over the rule giving each female an extra point for each game lost.  Motion made to eliminate the “Girl Rule”.  First Cole  Second Tyree

X.      Discussion over tailoring our league communications over the internet.  That would be communication with Captains, score sheets and transferring scoring information.  First Paula  Second Eric
